Charlotte likes to ensure her classes are fun as well as a full body workout. Each session ends with a ten minute Zumba Toning workout incorporating light weights to ensure a mixture of cardio and toning. Charlottes background is dance and she trained in all forms of classic dance from the age of three.
Her Zumba classes stay true to the Columbian roots and the passion of the creator of Zumba itself Beto Perez. New members are always welcome – just grab a bottle of water and a towel and come along!
