Pole Fitness Instructor
Liz has been teaching Pole Fitness for thirteen years, with ten of those being based at Fiery Feet Dance Studio. Her classes involve women from all walks of life who come together to get fit and have some fun. For Liz, Pole Dancing really does boost confidence and esteem and she feels very fortunate to be a part of that. It’s not just spinning around poles, the Pole sessions are very sociable too and arrange regular social events such as BBQs, post pole drinks and more.
