Fiery Feet Studio Hire
Terms & Conditions
- Rent charges, - £20.00 per hour for the large studio space. - £10.00 per hour for the small studio space.
- An invoice will be given in arrears on a monthly basis, on the (subletter’s) last session of each month. Payment must be made within 14 days.
- Should you wish to permanently discontinue, or permanently alter any of your class times, please give two weeks notice.
- Should you know in advance that you will have to cancel lessons as a one off arrangement, (i.e. due to a holiday) please give two weeks notice, to allow us to make use of the studio availability at this time.
- Should you have to miss a class/classes due to an unexpected cause, (i.e. an illness) please try to notify us as soon as you know. Should no notification be given, you will still be charged for use of the studio. It is your responsibility to let members of your class know that the session is cancelled.
- How members of your classes pay for their attendance is at your discretion.
- The advertisement of your classes is your responsibility. However, we do advertise the fact that there are other fitness-based classes running at Fiery Feet Dance Studio throughout the daytime. Similarly, there will be a notice board within the building upon which you are welcome to advertise your classes.
- Please adhere to points 4 and 5 of our ‘Lesson Conduct’ information sheet, - No chewing gum in the studio. - No food in the studio. Any further regulations that you wish to instil into your classes are at your discretion.
- Any damage caused to any of our facilities as a result of an occurrence within your class will be held as your responsibility. Please treat our facilities with respect. Please supply us with a copy of your personal liability insurance certificate prior to your first class.
- Should payment for use of the studio space be late on four or more occasions, your use of the studio will be discontinued.
