I started dancing when I was three years old. After taking part in shows and competitions for seventeen years I decided to progress to teaching.
I still really enjoy performing and along side teaching I’ve recently been in The Producers, Footloose and Fame at the Royal Spa Centre and Guys and Dolls at The Belgrade Theatre Coventry.
I can also be seen teaching dance at Emscote Infant School and Harbury Primary School. I really value the relationship we have built up with all the schools Fiery Feet is present in.
I started training with Fiery Feet in 2003, studying ballet, modern, tap, acrobatics and lyrical. More recently I also studied dance and performing arts at A-Level.
I have taken part in many shows not only with Fiery Feet but also with Ignite Productions.
I have been part of the Fiery Feet team since 2008, starting as a teaching assistant and have loved every minute of it! I am now training as a teacher with the British Theatre Dance Association.
I started dancing when I was two years old and from then I was hooked! As I grow up I took part in many shows and competitions as well as assisting with lessons and choreographing for others.
As well as teaching at the studio I also teach ballet at Warwick Prep School and King’s High School, dance and gymnastics at St Paul’s Primary School and dance and aerobics at Princethorpe College. I am also the choreography for Spa Opera and Stratford Musical Theatre Company.
When I’m not teaching I love performing in musicals and have recently been in The Sound of Music and The Producers at the Royal Spa Centre.
My role at Fiery Feet is a varied one; secretary, bursar, receptionist, hairdresser, seamstress and I’m Sara and Sophie’s mum!
When the girls set up Fiery Feet in 2003 I was obviously keen to be involved having supported them through their dance eduction. It is now wonderful to see them passing on to others something that was such a big part of their childhood.
I started Ballet at the age of 6 and after taking my first exam and receiving Honours and the School Cup I fell in love with Dance! I started assisting my teacher at 15 years old and this combined my love of children and dance I realised this was the career for me!
I left Pattisons Dance College in 1997 with 5 Associates and many other dance exams under my belt, as well as gaining experience as a professional performer.
I have had lots of experience teaching for many other schools in the area as well as being the resident choreographer for Leamington & Warwick Musical Society and a ‘Tumble Tot’ leader where I Choreographed one of their best selling video’s!
I danced as a child attending Irish and tap lessons so was always interested in dance as a form of fitness. As an adult I was intrigued as to the fitness aspects of pole dancing; so I had a go and got hooked!
I was trained by KT Coates and Lauren Red and now I’ve been teaching for ten years.
I have appeared on BBC West Midlands and BBC Radio Coventry and Mercia FM.

As part of my role at I help organise the stationery and dance wear, assist with choreography and lesson planning as well as keeping guard of the office. When I’m not at FFHQ I live with Sophie, we like going for walks and playing with all my toys.
I’m very friendly but I get a bit nervous when people come too close to my bed. I’m very small and you look so tall and big to me!
